LOUPE is an offline text-analysis app. It reads text you provide, measures how its parts relate, and presents the result visually and through sound. All processing happens on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LOUPE on your device. The app, its design, code and branding remain the property of FizzNet Solutions. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Text and files you open in LOUPE stay yours and stay on your device. We never receive them and claim no rights over them.
LOUPE is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Analysis results are informational and provided without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FizzNet Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
